Commercial Construction Plumber

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in new construction and remodel plumbing, can read and interpret blueprints, and is committed to delivering high-quality work on time. Journeyman or Master Plumbing License is preferred but not required for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems for commercial new construction and remodel projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Layout and rough-in plumbing systems in accordance with local codes.
• Collaborate with project managers, apprentices, and other trades on-site.
• Ensure all work meets safety standards and project timelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of commercial plumbing experience (new construction or remodel).
• Journeyman or Master Plumbing License preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents.
• Strong knowledge of local and state plumbing codes.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
