Role: Senior Python Developer
Location: Chicago, IL
Job Summary:
Looking for a highly skilled Senior Python Developer to architect, develop, and optimize backend systems and data-driven applications. The role involves building scalable services, integrating APIs, and ensuring high code quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI).
Build and optimize RESTful APIs, microservices, and data processing pipelines.
Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable technical solutions.
Implement best practices for unit testing, debugging, CI/CD, and performance optimization.
Work with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).
Ensure security, code quality, and adherence to architectural standards.
Participate in Agile development, code reviews, and mentoring junior developers.
