*Senior SAP Project Manager*
*Location:* 100% Remote
*Travel:* Up to 40–50% during critical phases (including international)
*Start:* February 2026
*About the Role*
Our long-time client is an innovative company developing technology that enhances the lives of patients worldwide. We are seeking two *Senior SAP Project Managers* to lead a track within a global, multi-year *Oracle-to-SAP S/4HANA migration *that will be kicking off soon. This role requires deep SAP implementation expertise, strong leadership, and exceptional communication skills. You will partner closely with the SAP Program Manager, business leaders, and the SAP Systems Integrator.
*SALARY:* $145-160K (Plus 10% Bonus & Incentives)
*Must-Have Requirements*
* *SAP experience only* — no exceptions.
* *Full lifecycle SAP implementation* leadership experience (at least one full module/functional area).
* Strong understanding of SAP modules, processes, and terminology.
* Experience with large-scale, global transformation programs.
* Hybrid Agile/Waterfall project management experience.
* Advanced in MS Office; proficient with MS Project, Smartsheet, or JIRA.
*Critical Skill: Presentation Excellence*
Final client interview will require you to create a 20 minute PowerPoint presentation as if you were presenting a hypothetical project update to the steering committee. Guidelines provided.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Lead project management for a dedicated S/4HANA track (Finance, HCM, Supply Chain, Planning, or Manufacturing).
* Support PMO activities, reporting, governance, and RAID management.
* Coordinate with the SAP Systems Integrator and external vendors.
* Serve as primary liaison with business stakeholders.
* Manage cross-functional teams and navigate diverse personalities.
* Provide input on budgets, forecasts, and resource plans.

* Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels.
* Comfortable setting boundaries and managing competing priorities.
*Work Conditions*
* Remote work with significant travel (typically Mon–Thu during critical phases).
* Flexibility to work across global time zones.
\*This role is not eligible to be performed in states of *Alaska, California, Hawaii, Maine, Montana, Maryland, and Washington (state)*
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $140,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
