We deliver and deploy robust, performance-optimized, purpose-built platforms to major data centers around the globe.Job SummaryAivres is looking for an experienced Director of Sales who can help grow our market share. The ideal candidate must be able to step in and sell Aivres's product portfolio into targeted vertical markets, build and manage individual resources and thrive in a challenging environment.Primary ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales strategies and tactics to meet the company's revenue goals, while keeping in line with the overall business objectives.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and potential threats. Utilize this data to inform sales strategies.Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and create accurate sales forecasts to aid in resource planning and budgeting.Work closely with other departments such as marketing, product management, and finance to align sales efforts with overall company objectives.Oversee the sales process, including pipeline management, pricing, contract negotiations, and closing deals.Present regular sales reports and updates to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions.QualificationsBachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
