You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving shipments, accurately stocking inventory, fulfilling orders by picking and packing, and preparing items for shipment. Exceptional attention to detail is crucial for maintaining inventory accuracy and order integrity. The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic, is comfortable with physical demands such as frequent lifting (up to 50 pounds), prolonged standing, and repetitive movements. Safety is our top priority; adherence to all company safety protocols and the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are mandatory. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, proactive, and can work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Experience in a similar warehouse or logistics environment is preferred. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory against purchase orders.
- Systematically store and organize products within the warehouse.
- Accurately pick items based on order specifications and prepare them for packing.
- Package products securely for shipment, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate manual and powered warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Participate in inventory management processes, including cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly workspace.
- Follow all established safety procedures and wear required PPE.
