We are hiring Picker/Packers for our dynamic logistics facility in Madison, Wisconsin! In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking items from inventory and packing them securely for shipment. This position is crucial to our operations, ensuring that customer orders are processed correctly and efficiently. You will utilize scanning devices to manage inventory and track orders throughout the fulfillment process. A strong understanding of warehouse logistics and a commitment to quality are essential. We require all employees to adhere strictly to Safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE at all times. This role involves regular physical activity, including Lifting of various products. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order specifications.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and manage orders.
- Verify order accuracy before packaging.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Follow all Safety protocols and use required PPE.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret order tickets.
- Capability for moderate Lifting and physical stamina.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to adhering to Safety standards.
- Willingness to wear and properly use PPE.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
