Join our growing logistics team as a Warehouse Associate in Dallas, Texas! We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to perform a variety of tasks within our busy distribution center. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders, packing and staging goods for shipment, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This role is fundamental to our supply chain operations, ensuring that products move efficiently from our facility to our customers. You will work closely with a team of dedicated professionals in a dynamic setting. We prioritize the safety of our employees, and adherence to all safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory. The position requires the ability to perform lifting of materials and products up to 50 lbs regularly. Experience with material handling equipment and a basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics are advantageous. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Stage outgoing orders for carrier pickup.
- Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Comply with all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Perform lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Participate in inventory counts and checks.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals in logistics.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment is a plus.
- Strong understanding of safety practices and PPE requirements.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
