We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This role is fundamental to our operations, encompassing the entire lifecycle of goods within our facility – from receipt to dispatch. Your duties will include unloading deliveries, stocking inventory accurately, picking and packing customer orders with precision, and preparing shipments. We value individuals who are reliable, possess a keen eye for detail, and are committed to upholding the highest Safety standards. Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is an advantage, but we provide comprehensive training. You will be instrumental in maintaining the efficiency of our logistics network, ensuring that inventory is accurately managed and products are handled with care. Collaboration with team members and supervisors is key to meeting production goals and delivering exceptional service. Your contribution to a safe and efficient work environment is highly valued.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory items.
- Maintain organized storage of goods in assigned locations.
- Accurately pick items according to order specifications.
- Package products appropriately for shipping.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, adhering to training and procedures.
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and hazard-free.
- Assist in conducting inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Identify and report any damages or discrepancies in inventory.
- Comply with all company policies, particularly regarding Safety and operational conduct.
- Physical ability to perform regular Lifting tasks, up to 50 lbs.
- Mandatory use of required PPE.
- Basic familiarity with warehouse logistics is beneficial.
- Strong emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively individually and within a team structure.
- Must be punctual and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable with physical demands, including standing for long durations.
- Eagerness to acquire new skills and adapt to evolving processes.
