We are hiring a Fulfillment Associate for our state-of-the-art facility in Nashville, Tennessee. This role is central to our e-commerce logistics operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders. You will be involved in various aspects of the fulfillment process, including receiving goods, stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. This position requires an understanding of warehouse operations and a dedication to Safety. You will work in a dynamic environment and contribute directly to customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include utilizing warehouse equipment, ensuring inventory accuracy, and adhering to all company policies and procedures. Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory at all times. This role involves substantial physical activity, including frequent Lifting of items up to 45 pounds, standing, walking, and bending throughout the shift. Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack items according to order specifications.
- Prepare shipments for outgoing transport.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness and organization.
- Adhere to all Safety protocols and procedures.
- Wear required PPE, including safety glasses, gloves, and footwear.
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting (up to 45 lbs).
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Dedication to maintaining a Safe work environment.
- Willingness to wear appropriate PPE.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
