Job Summary:
Join our innovative Distribution Center team in Boston, Massachusetts, as a Distribution Center Associate. This role is multifaceted, encompassing a wide range of warehouse duties designed to ensure the efficient and accurate processing of goods. You will be involved in receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products, as well as maintaining inventory accuracy and upholding a safe working environment. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
  • Store and organize inventory in designated locations.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently based on customer requirements.
  • Prepare shipments for outgoing delivery, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and contribute to maintaining stock accuracy.
  • Operate material handling equipment safely and competently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and Safety guidelines, including the use of PPE .

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
  • Understanding of general Logistics and supply chain principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to workplace Safety and the proper use of required PPE .
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
