Our Madison, Wisconsin facility is seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join our vital logistics team. In this role, you will be essential to the safe and efficient movement of materials throughout our warehouse. You will operate forklifts to load, unload, transport, and stack goods, ensuring operational efficiency and inventory accuracy. A strong emphasis on safety is at the core of our operations, and strict adherence to all safety regulations, including the correct use of PPE, is expected at all times. Responsibilities include: Operating forklifts and other industrial trucks to move materials, loading and unloading trailers and containers, transporting products to and from designated storage areas, stacking and organizing inventory according to established procedures, performing pre-shift inspections and basic maintenance on equipment, assisting with inventory cycle counts, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This position requires a valid forklift certification or demonstrated proficiency, excellent situational awareness, and the ability to perform lifting of up to 50 lbs.
