We are seeking an organized and efficient Shipping Clerk to join our logistics hub in San Jose, California. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of outgoing shipments. Your duties will include preparing shipping documents, coordinating with carriers, verifying package contents, and ensuring all shipments meet company and carrier standards. You will be the key point of contact for shipping-related inquiries, both internal and external. The ideal candidate possesses strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a meticulous approach to documentation. Familiarity with shipping software and logistics procedures is highly desirable. This role requires the ability to handle moderate physical tasks, including occasional lifting of boxes up to 30 pounds.
