Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and pick sheets.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
- Label packages correctly with shipping details.
- Process outgoing shipments and prepare documentation.
- Replenish inventory stock in picking locations.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety guidelines, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment setting is desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Capacity for sustained physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, and frequent Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and logistics best practices.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and using required PPE.
