Job Summary:
Join our growing team as a Warehouse Associate in Boise, Idaho! We are seeking diligent and energetic individuals to manage and process a high volume of inventory and orders. This role is essential for ensuring our customers receive their products accurately and on time. You will be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations, from receiving and stocking to picking, packing, and shipping. Responsibilities:
  • Process incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality of goods.
  • Organize and store inventory in designated areas, maintaining accurate location records.
  • Fulfill customer orders by accurately picking items from shelves and storage locations.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, including appropriate packaging and labeling.
  • Load and unload trucks, safely handling materials.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety guidelines.
  • Participate in inventory cycle counts and assist with year-end inventories.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all company Safety policies.
  • Ensure the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with supervisors and colleagues to meet operational demands.

The Warehouse Associate position requires the ability to perform tasks involving significant physical activity, including frequent lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, and bending for extended periods. Previous experience in a warehouse or Logistics environment is a plus. We are committed to fostering a safe and productive workplace.
