Aspire Physical Therapy & Sports Performance is seeking a well-qualified and motivated Physical Therapist to join our dynamic and growing team. This is a full-time opportunity at our La Canada clinic, where we are looking for a clinician eager to contribute to our mission and grow with our community.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing a diverse caseload, including orthopedic conditions, post-surgical patients, and sports physical therapy. This location offers a unique opportunity to make an impact and help shape our footprint within the community.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Evaluate and assess patients to develop customized treatment plans
* Implement therapeutic techniques and exercises to restore function
* Educate patients and families on the rehabilitation process
* Track patient progress and modify care as needed
* Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
* Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with medical standards
*Qualifications:*
* Strong clinical reasoning and patient care skills
* Proficiency in manual therapy and therapeutic exercise
* Solid foundation in anatomy, physiology, and discharge planning
* Experience with a variety of patient populations including orthopedics, geriatrics, and post-surgical care
* Familiarity with outpatient, inpatient, home health, and/or community-based care
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42.00 - $52.00 per hour
