Responsibilities:
- Process incoming shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Organize and store inventory in designated locations.
- Pick items for customer orders based on pick lists or system directives.
- Pack orders carefully and securely for transit.
- Stage outgoing shipments for carrier pickup.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment, following safety regulations.
- Participate in inventory counts and help maintain stock accuracy.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet operational targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior experience in a warehouse environment is a plus.
- Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting up to 45 pounds consistently.
- Good organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics best practices.
- Commitment to adhering to all PPE requirements and safety standards.
