We offer a compensation package that provides immediate financial certainty with significant long-term earning potential.

• First-Year Income Guarantee: $400,000 Guaranteed Salary  for the first 12 months, ensuring financial stability and a smooth transition.
• Base Salary (Year 2+):  Highly competitive structure starting at $425,000+  (negotiable based on experience and FTE).
• Production Incentive:  A generous Work RVU (wRVU) bonus structure  is active from Day 1 , allowing for immediate earning potential beyond the guaranteed base.
• Partnership Track:  A clear and formal path to partnership/shareholder status  is available for interested full-time candidates after a successful initial period.
• Sign-On Bonus: $25,000 - $50,000  provided.
• Relocation Assistance:  Up to $10,000 - $15,000  provided.

Candidate Qualifications:
