We serve premium Yemeni cuisine crafted from scratch, with a strong focus on consistency, teamwork, and guest experience. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a hands-on, disciplined General Manager to lead daily operations and uphold our standards.

Position Overview

The General Manager (GM) is responsible for overseeing all front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring smooth daily execution, strong team leadership, cost control, and excellent customer service. This is a leadership role, not an office role the GM must be present, proactive, and accountable.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations (FOH & BOH)
  
• Lead, train, schedule, and supervise all staff
  
• Enforce recipes, portion control, cleanliness, and service standards
  
• Monitor labor costs, food costs, and operational efficiency
  
• Handle customer issues professionally and resolve complaints on the spot
  
• Coordinate with kitchen leadership to ensure speed, quality, and consistency
  
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and company policies
  
• Ensure all orders, cash handling, and reports are accurate
  
• Drive team accountability, discipline, and performance
  
• Support marketing initiatives and reputation management (reviews, guest experience)
  

Requirements

• 3+ years experience as a General Manager or Assistant GM in a full-service restaurant
  
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
  
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  
• Hands-on, floor-focused management style
  
• Strong understanding of labor control, food cost, and scheduling
  
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  
• Flexibility with schedule (nights, weekends, holidays required)
  
• Experience with POS systems and reporting
  
• Arabic language is a plus, but not required

Schedule Expectations
