This role will provide Program Management to lead DARPA's workflow automation and digital transformation initiatives. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic roadmap, overseeing the full lifecycle of automation projects, integrating disparate systems, and ensuring stakeholder collaboration. The Program Manager will also be responsible for conducting thorough workflow analyses, designing and implementing automation solutions, managing change management plans, and providing executive-level presentations on program status. The Program Manager will act as the primary integrator for all contracts, contractors, and stakeholders involved in the program, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment with DARPA's goals.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in program management with a focus on workflow automation and experience within the DOD environment is required. Minimum Secret clearance, eligible to obtain Top-Secret.
The Program Manager's responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
a. Develop and execute a DARPA strategic roadmap for workflow automation across the agency, aligned with organizational goals and priorities.
b. Identify and prioritize opportunities for workflow improvement and automation, based on DARPA business needs and potential impact.
c. Research and evaluate emerging technologies and best practices in workflow automation, providing recommendations for adoption.
d. Oversee the DARPA full lifecycle of workflow automation projects, from initial planning and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.
e. Develop and manage DARPA project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
f. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
g. Ensure DARPA projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
h. Manage and track program performance metrics and report on progress to stakeholders.
i. Conduct thorough analyses of existing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, redundancies, and areas for improvement.
j. Design and implement new automation solutions to integrate disparate systems and data sources, ensuring data consistency and integrity.
k. Oversee the implementation and configuration of chosen tools, ensuring they are properly integrated with existing systems.
l. Develop and implement automation solutions to streamline repetitive tasks and reduce manual effort.
m. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements for workflow automation.
n. Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding project progress, risks, and issues.
o. Facilitate user acceptance testing and ensure stakeholders are satisfied with the implemented solutions.
p. Design and implement new or improved workflow processes using workflow automation tools for DARPA.
q. Develop and maintain documentation, including process maps, workflows, and user guides.
r. Ensure compliance with agency policies, procedures, and security standards.
s. Develop and implement change management plans to ensure successful adoption of workflow automation solutions.
t. Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to educate users on new workflows and systems.
u. Monitor user adoption and provide ongoing support to address any issues or concerns.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $145,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
