We specialise in providing high-performance business connectivity, including FTTP, VoIP systems, CCTV, and mobile solutions.
As we expand our infrastructure projects in 2026, we are looking for a skilled Engineer to deliver exceptional technical service to our growing client base.
*The Role:*
As a Telecoms Engineer, you will be the face of the company on-site.
You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of telecommunications and security equipment for our business clients.
*Key Responsibilities:*
Installation: Set up and configure VoIP phone systems, hosted PBX, and structured cabling (Cat5e/Cat6).Connectivity: Install and troubleshoot business broadband, leased lines, and Wi-Fi networks.
Security Systems: Install and maintain IP-based CCTV and integrated security solutions.
Maintenance: Conduct routine site visits to ensure hardware and software are operating at peak efficiency.
Technical Support: Provide on-site training to clients and resolve complex technical queries.
Requirements Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in telecoms engineering or a related field (e.g., networking or electrical).
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of IP networking, routers, and SIP trunking.
Certifications: Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CSCS card, NVQ Level 2/3 in ICT or Telecoms) are highly desirable.
Clean Driving License: This is a field-based role requiring travel to client sites.
Problem Solving: Ability to diagnose and fix technical faults under pressure.
