Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and management of residential properties. In this role, you will ensure the smooth functioning of property leasing, maintenance, tenant relations, owner relations and regulatory compliance. Your proactive approach will help foster a positive living environment for residents while maximizing property value and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will lead with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring all aspects of property management are handled with precision and care.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of property leasing, including marketing available units, conducting showings, and upselling amenities to prospective tenants.
  • Oversee tenant relations by providing exceptional customer service, addressing concerns promptly, and maintaining positive communication with etiquette and conflict management skills.
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, and other legal standards related to real estate and landlord-tenant law.
  • Coordinate property maintenance and schedule repairs, track work orders, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Administer lease agreements, contracts, and legal documentation accurately; handle data entry, filing, and administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Conduct regular inspections to monitor property condition, oversee repairs, and ensure adherence to safety standards.
  • Develop and implement effective tenant and owner retention strategies through customer relationship management practices.

Requirements

  • Experience in property management is preferred but not required.
  • Must be a licensed real estate agent in Arizona with a strong understanding of landlord-tenant law and Fair Housing regulations.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
  • Demonstrated ability in conflict management, negotiation, and handling rental contracts with transparency and professionalism.
  • Excellent customer service skills complemented by strong phone and email etiquette and the ability to manage difficult conversations effectively.
  • Office experience including data entry, filing and administrative support is essential.
  • Knowledge of property maintenance procedures along with experience in leasing activities.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing contracts, legal documentation, and compliance records.
