Job Summary:
We are hiring a full-time Floor Manager for a high-volume, full-service restaurant group in the Midland/Odessa, TX area. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals with strong front-of-house management experience who excel in guest service, team leadership, and fast-paced restaurant operations. The Floor Manager will support daily service, train staff, and help maintain high standards across multiple busy concepts. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily service on the floor, ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and efficient guest experience.
- Coach, train, and support front-of-house staff to uphold service standards and reinforce a positive culture.
- Handle guest interactions, service recovery, and problem-solving with professionalism and urgency.
- Partner with the management team on scheduling, side-work systems, and day-to-day operational needs.
- Support event execution, promotions, and local initiatives that drive traffic and enhance the guest experience.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and service protocols in a high-volume environment.
- Act as an ambassador for hospitality, modeling professionalism, teamwork, and service excellence at all times.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a full-service restaurant leadership role (Floor Manager, Supervisor, Shift Lead, AGM, etc.).
- Strong presence on the floor, with the ability to lead by example and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and guest-relations skills.
- Ability to manage fast-paced service and maintain high standards under pressure.
- Working knowledge of restaurant operations, service systems, and training best practices.
- A passion for hospitality and a desire to grow within a multi-unit organization
