Our New Graduate Payrate starts at $61/hr based on provider experience plus shift differentials and quarterly incentive plan

Our New Graduate Primary Care Program is designed specifically for newly graduated or less experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants (less than 12 months of experience). Through structured training, mentorship, and a gradual increase in responsibilities, this program helps build clinical confidence and competence—ensuring a smooth transition into primary care practice. In return, we ask for a one-year commitment to the program. This ensures continuity of care for our patients and allows you to fully benefit from the training, mentorship, and growth opportunities we provide.

Your Role

After completing a 14-week training and mentorship program, you will:

  • Deliver evidence-based primary and family care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and health counseling
