• 4-5 years plumbing experience.
• Clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation.
• No neck or hand tattoos.
• Good customer service skills with good communication.
• Problem solving with ability to ask for help and not being intimidated by difficult situations.
• Pass a drug test and not have drinking issues.

Job description-

This is a small plumbing company owner operated 10 years in business 16 years in the trade. Regardless your current skill level you be working next to me the owner for 2-3 months before being sent out solo. My work consists primarily of repeat customer base with a half and half mix of construction remodel plumbing and service and repairs. Mostly high end south county houses. If you're not intimidated by difficult situations and are looking to do install and make repairs the best way possible this is the place to be. I'm looking for someone interested in a plumbing career. Growth, consistency and efficiency will be rewarded with higher wages. I have been doing this for a long time and have no patience for BS. If you're looking for work because you've been let go for avoidable problems don't waste my time. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction plumbing and a strong understanding of plumbing systems. This role involves working on various projects, including residential and commercial installations, repairs, and remodeling tasks. The Plumber will be responsible for ensuring that all plumbing systems are installed and maintained to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.
• Perform pipe threading and ensure proper connections for water supply and drainage.
• Read blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
• Collaborate with construction teams on-site to support building projects.
• Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or necessary repairs.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Troubleshoot plumbing problems effectively and efficiently.
• Assist in remodeling projects by installing new fixtures, pipes, and fittings as needed.

Skills

• Proficient in construction plumbing techniques with hands-on experience.
• Strong ability in pipe threading and installation processes.
• Knowledgeable in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members on construction sites.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
