Now Hiring: Case Planner, Case Aide, Interventionist, and FFT Therapist

Multiple Full-Time Positions
Location: Bronx, NY (Hybrid / Field / Office depending on role)
Pay Range: $22.52/hour – $78,000/year, based on position

We are currently hiring Case Planners, Case Aides, Interventionists, and FFT Therapists within our Preventive Services and Family Therapy programs.

OPEN POSITIONS:

1. Case Planner

Salary: $59,358/year
Schedule: Full-Time | Hybrid (Field/Office)

What You'll Do

• Conduct assessments and engage families referred by ACS or community partners
• Deliver evidence-based family counseling in homes, schools, or community settings
• Create treatment plans and implement interventions
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with schools, child welfare providers, and community stakeholders
• Participate in training, supervision, and ongoing model certification

What You Need

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred
• Experience in child welfare strongly preferred
• Strong communication, documentation, and time-management skills
• Bilingual (Spanish/French-Creole) preferred
• Ability to travel for home visits

2. FFT Therapist – The Atlas Project

Salary: $75,000–$78,000/year
Schedule: Full-Time | Hybrid (Remote/Field)

What You'll Do

• Provide Functional Family Therapy (FFT) to young adults (16–25) and their families
• Conduct virtual and home-based therapy
• Engage youth and caregivers in behavior-change interventions
• Collaborate with MOCJ, CJA, and other partners
• Maintain clinical documentation and complete reports for courts or stakeholders
• Attend all FFT model trainings, supervision, and consultations

What You Need

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Experience working with adolescents or justice-involved youth
• Knowledge of family therapy, mental health, and behavior management
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

3. Case Aide

Pay: $22.52/hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Mostly On-Site (Bronx)

What You'll Do

• Support Case Planners with activities such as interviewing families, collecting documents, and assisting with visits
• Provide transportation and accompany families to appointments
• Conduct home visits and collateral contacts
• Enter progress notes and generate reports (CONNX/PROMIS)
• Request school/medical records and maintain case files
• Participate in supervision, trainings, and staff meetings

What You Need

• Bachelor's degree preferred OR HS diploma/GED with child-welfare experience
• Strong organizational and computer skills
• Driver's license a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

4. FFT-C Interventionist

Salary: $60,000/year
Schedule: Full-Time | Hybrid (Field/Office)

What You'll Do

• Conduct weekly home-based sessions with families
• Assess risks, strengths, and family dynamics
• Connect families to community resources and supportive services
• Monitor progress and update treatment strategies
• Maintain documentation in line with model and ACS requirements
• Participate in training and supervision

What You Need

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Strong communication, cultural sensitivity, and time-management skills
• Experience with PROMIS/CONNX a plus
• Bilingual preferred (not required)

General Requirements (All Positions)

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to work in NYC at least 3 days/week (depending on role)
• Ability to travel locally for home visits or site visits
• Ability to complete administrative tasks and lift up to 50 lbs if needed
