Business Development
Arizona Total Home Restoration is a fast growing, well-established restoration company located in Mesa Arizona. We are looking for a full-time outside marketing & sales professional to help us achieve our next phase of growth. This is not a high-pressure sales position. Your success will be based upon developing long lasting business relationships that generate leads and drive sales.
Responsibilities include:
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales quota's
- Create weekly and/or monthly sales reports
- Analyze and implement business development opportunities and strategies
- Travel daily networking & maintaining relationships with current and potential clients
- Identify and initiate contact with target customers
- Actively participate and network in local networking groups and industry conventions, promoting the company brand and services
- Expand brand presence through the creation of suitable marketing materials
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Communication consistently with estimators and project managers
- Schedule and plan events in advance
- Expense budget is used with discretion and wisely
- Hunter & Farmer mentality
- Uncompromising honesty and integrity, along with a strong work ethic and high level of professionalism
- Must be comfortable making cold calls and visiting local businesses in a marketing/sales capacity while demonstrating good listening skills, poise, tact, and diplomacy
- Detail oriented with the ability to maintain accurate, up to date records of all leads, client accounts, and sales
- Ability to research competitors, market conditions, and industry developments
- Ability to attend networking events/groups
- Results driven attitude
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple competing tasks and demands

- 2-3 years of experience in a Business Development role, industry experience is not required

The ideal candidate will possess:
- SERVICE SERVICE SERVICE – If people tell you how great your customer service is, then this is the job for you
- A positive, upbeat, and friendly attitude is paramount
- Uncompromising honesty and integrity, along with a strong work ethic and high level of professionalism
- Ability to develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients
- Must be detail oriented with the ability to maintain accurate, up to date records of all leads, client accounts, and sales
- Demonstrated success selling to middle and senior level executives, insurance agents, real estate agents, facility/property managers, small service contractors, and public institutions
- Results driven attitude Must be a self-starter and self-motivated
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple competing tasks and demands
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Proficiency using computers, MS Office, CRM software
Compensation & Perks:
- Salary: $65,000-$85,000(based on experience and book of business) + Commissions on new business brought in
