Hadley Exhibits is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team. We are seeking a software savvy, creative and self-motivated candidate to step into a small but mighty department. To be successful in this role you will:

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Create, refine and finalize designs for both digital and print media.
• Utilize graphic design software to polish and finalize designs.
• Manage files for print production, ensuring high-quality output.
• Create graphic design with proper color management and proofing.
• Create and edit images, graphics, layouts, and typography.
• Organize and maintain graphic files for large projects.
• Ensure that all designs align with brand standards and style guides.
• Assist with photo retouching and enhancements.
• Stay updated on graphic design trends and software.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in digital design and graphic design principles
• Extensive experience with Adobe Design Suite, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Understanding of color management and color theory
• Ability to design and execute visual design tasks
• Familiarity with typography and layout design
• Knowledge of production design and print techniques
• Experience with AI and web design is a plus
