About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
Program Manager
to lead large-scale, enterprise-level technology initiatives within the FinTech domain. This role requires a balance of strategic leadership, hands-on program execution, and the ability to guide a team of project managers across complex, multi-workstream programs.

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience with enterprise IT delivery, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to drive execution in fast-paced, highly regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver large enterprise technology programs aligned with business objectives, timelines, and regulatory standards.
• Manage, mentor, and support a team of
  10–12 project managers
  , ensuring high performance and delivery consistency.
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps, budgets, timelines, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Utilize
  Azure DevOps
  and
  Smartsheet
  for planning, reporting, and workflow optimization.
• Partner with engineering, product, architecture, operations, and compliance teams to ensure program success.
• Provide clear communication of program status, risks, and milestones to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify, manage, and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Promote standardized delivery processes and best practices across the PMO.
• Lead technical discussions and make informed decisions based on strong understanding of enterprise systems and architectures.
• Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years
  of program/project management experience in enterprise environments.
• Proven success delivering large and complex IT or technical programs in FinTech or financial services.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Smartsheet
• Experience leading
  10–12+ project managers
  across multi-workstream programs.
• Deep understanding of enterprise technology ecosystems, integrations, SDLC, cloud concepts, and modern engineering practices.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and executive reporting skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving, dynamic environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in highly regulated sectors such as FinTech, banking, payments, or trading.
• Relevant certifications:
  PMP, PgMP, SAFe
  , or equivalent.
• Experience with cloud migrations, large-scale digital transformations, or modernization initiatives.
