2nd and 3rd shift security officer needed

Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and vigilant Security Officers to oversee and maintain safety during second and third shifts. The positions include Friday and Saturday from 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM, Sunday and Monday from 10:00 PM to 3:00 AM, and additional coverage from 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM. These roles are vital in ensuring the security of our premises, assets, and personnel through proactive monitoring and incident response. Ideal candidates will possess strong observational skills, conflict management abilities, and relevant security experience.

Duties

• Conduct regular patrols of the facility using CCTV systems and surveillance equipment to monitor for suspicious activity.
• Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies, providing first aid or CPR if necessary.
• Enforce company policies and security protocols to prevent theft, vandalism, or unauthorized access.
• Monitor surveillance footage continuously to identify potential security threats or breaches.
• Manage conflict situations with professionalism, de-escalating disputes when possible.
• Maintain detailed incident reports and logs for all security-related activities during shifts.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required, providing assistance during investigations or emergencies.
• Conduct loss prevention activities by observing customer behavior and preventing theft or damage.

Requirements

• Prior experience in law enforcement, military service, security, or related fields is highly desirable.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred; ability to respond effectively in emergency situations is essential.
• Knowledge of CCTV systems, surveillance technology, and conflict management techniques.
• Strong observational skills with an emphasis on attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing conflicts professionally.
• Must be able to work night shifts including weekends as specified; flexibility for additional hours is a plus.
