Job Description:

Salesforce Developer

USC/GC Only

CT-Connecticut/Hartford (Hybrid)

In-person Interview

The interview process is 1 round IN PERSON interview

Even if they are relocating must do the onsite interview

Must haves:

  • 5+ years Salesforce Development
  • Full stack, OOP, CRUD, Design patterns, Configuration SOQL
  • Salesforce Developer Certification
  • Heavy Apex coding experience
  • Heavy SOQL knowledge
  • Strong abstract thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Design and development Salesforce APEX, Lightning pages, Visual Force Pages
  • Must have advanced knowledge of Salesforce development (OOP, Design Patterns)
  • Provide analysis/requirements to integrate applications.
  • Work on all phases of SDLC and create/maintain required technical documentation.
  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or relatable field of study

Nice to haves:

  • Java/.Net development background
  • Want someone to have strong full stack development experience
  • Java and C sharp aren't as important if they have like 12 years SF experience

Day to day:

  • Evaluate a large-scale, vendor-developed Salesforce solution to ensure alignment with industry and Salesforce best practices.
  • Utilize Apex PMD, SonarQube, and custom code analysis techniques to detect inefficiencies and enforce compliance with coding standards. Performed manual code reviews to identify asynchronous and trigger-related concurrency issues across multiple Salesforce modules.
  • Develop and delivered features outside of the vendor's scope, including enhancements in data handling, process automation, and UI optimization.
  • Create and configure Reports and Dashboards to meet cross-departmental analytics and compliance requirements.
  • Supervise and debugged nightly financial batch runs, maintaining reliability and data accuracy across integrated systems.
  • Act as DevOps liaison, streamlining CI/CD operations, deployments, and release coordination between development, QA, and production teams.
  • Design and deploy multiple Community Portals using Lightning Web Runtime (LWR) and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to improve usability, load performance, and scalability.
