- Establish and lead enterprise readiness programs that enable smooth adoption of new systems, processes, and launches.
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure readiness milestones and outcomes are met.
- Lead working groups to identify dependencies, track progress, and resolve risks and blockers.
- Apply structured change management principles to ensure new initiatives gain traction and sustain adoption.
- Develop and maintain frameworks, templates, and playbooks to make readiness a repeatable, scalable enterprise capability.
- Build metrics and dashboards to track readiness maturity, adoption, and business impact.
- Facilitate alignment and decision-making across senior stakeholders, presenting recommendations that bridge technical realities and business objectives.
- Continuously refine readiness practices through retrospectives, lessons learned, and best-practice integration.

- Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree or change management certification (e.g., CCMP) preferred.
- 4+ years of experience leading cross-functional programs or strategic initiatives, preferably within a SaaS, technology, or consulting environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from strategy through adoption.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Proven success managing complex interdependencies and ambiguous environments.
- Ability to operate comfortably at both strategic and tactical levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a "seek and solve" mindset.
- Comfort working with technical teams and translating technical requirements into business context.
- Experience with process design, change enablement, and risk mitigation.
- Ability to quickly build trust, respect, and confidence with stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Occasional travel required for team events, engagement, and key decision-making.
