Your Role as an ABA Behavior Technician

As a Behavior Technician at Compass, you will:

  • Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, clinic, or community settings to children and adolescents under age 21.
  • Work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement treatment plans and interventions.
  • Engage caregivers through coaching, modeling, and supportive communication.
  • Use video-based supervision and a collaborative approach to enhance your clinical skills.
  • Maintain accurate session documentation and data collection.

Qualifications:

  • Required: High school diploma, valid driver's license, and at least 3 years of licensed driving experience.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Preferred: Experience working with children or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly rate from $20-$25/hour, based on experience
