- Promote products and services through outbound calling efforts to identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback to support continuous improvement efforts
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to create positive experiences during each interaction
- Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve processes, and enhance overall client satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions securely when applicable, ensuring accuracy and integrity in cash handling procedures
Requirements
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Proven experience in call center environments or customer support roles is preferred; familiarity with outbound calling is a plus
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual capabilities are an advantage for reaching broader audiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel; solid computer skills for navigating various software platforms
- Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy; typing speed is beneficial for managing high-volume interactions
- Demonstrated sales aptitude with the ability to identify opportunities during customer interactions
- Knowledge of call center protocols, phone etiquette, and customer service best practices
- Analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions efficiently
