Responsibilities

  • Assist clients by processing orders, returns, and payments accurately using data entry skills and Microsoft Office tools
  • Promote products and services through outbound calling efforts to identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback to support continuous improvement efforts
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to create positive experiences during each interaction
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve processes, and enhance overall client satisfaction
  • Handle cash transactions securely when applicable, ensuring accuracy and integrity in cash handling procedures

Requirements

  • Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively
  • Proven experience in call center environments or customer support roles is preferred; familiarity with outbound calling is a plus
  • Strong communication skills in English; bilingual capabilities are an advantage for reaching broader audiences
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel; solid computer skills for navigating various software platforms
  • Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy; typing speed is beneficial for managing high-volume interactions
  • Demonstrated sales aptitude with the ability to identify opportunities during customer interactions
  • Knowledge of call center protocols, phone etiquette, and customer service best practices
  • Analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions efficiently
