This role is not about abstract branding or open-ended creative exploration. It's about tenacity, precision and repetition with excellence. You'll be responsible for transforming raw photography and approved design templates into clean, conversion-focused e-commerce assets for Amazon, Home Depot, Lowe's, Wayfair and other online marketplaces

What we do
Nych Brands creates innovative outdoor products sold primarily through e-commerce channels. Our marketing team produces visuals that help customers make confident buying decisions — from compelling product photos to clean, clear installation graphics. We bring ideas to life through creativity, data, and teamwork.
What You'll do in a Nutshell:
- Photoshop raw images and turn them into inspiring, conversion focused lifestyle images.
- Apply existing templates across our brands and SKUs .
- Swapping product colors, dimensions, features and callouts per SKU.
- Updating A+ content modules, packaging visuals, and digital marketing assets across our brands.
- Creating Platform specific versions (Amazon vs HD vs Wayfair).
- Maintaining strict naming, file structure and version control.
- Supporting packaging edits, inserts and simple instruction graphics.
- Assist marketing with photoshoots, video shoots, and other creative activities as requested.
- Assist R&D with mock marketing assets and other requests as requested.
Template - Based Production 70%
Own the day-to-day execution of high-impact, SKU-level e-commerce imagery using structured templates and proven systems across large product catalogs. This is where accuracy, speed, and consistency directly drive conversion and customer confidence.
Example Tasks:
- Lead rapid SKU rollouts using pre-approved, high-performing layouts.
- Confidently adapt product imagery by updating colors, finishes, dimensions, and callouts.
- Perform final technical accuracy and QA checks prior to upload.
- Deliver fast, reliable turnaround on revisions with minimal iteration.
- Ensure every asset is clean, consistent, and listing-ready across .
- Receive & implement feedback with a positive attitude to optimize designs.
Brand Consistency & Visual Quality 15%
Protect brand standards and visual accuracy across all platforms and product lines
Example Tasks:
- Enforce layout, hierarchy and typography standards.
- Visual Quality Assurance across Amazon, Home Depot, Wayfair and other vendors.
- Maintained consistent look and feel across WamBam, Enclo and Zippity brands.
- Refresh legacy content to current standards
Team Collaboration 15%
Work closely with teammates to keep creative projects moving smoothly and effectively.
Example Tasks:
- Partner with R&D, Photography, and Marketing to align visuals with product intent.
- Contribute to team brainstorms and provide thoughtful, constructive feedback.
- Support campaign launches, email designs, and social media graphics as needed.
- Communicate progress, flag obstacles early, and help the team meet deadlines with excellence.
