TPA is seeking a highly motivated and professional Sales Rep. / Administrator to join our dynamic team at our family office in Miami, FL. This individual will be responsible for managing communications with our vendors and customers, primarily via email and phone, ensuring all inquiries are handled in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have an interest and experience in aviation and aerospace, and bring excellent organizational, sales, and financial skills to the role.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to daily emails (RFQs and Quotes) from vendors and customers.
Engage with customers and suppliers to maintain strong relationships and address their inquiries or issues.
Assist in managing phone calls, ensuring professional communication at all times.
Maintain accurate records of communications and transactions.
Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up on leads.
Support the team in preparing reports and financial documentation when necessary.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in an sales or customer service role, preferably in the aviation or aerospace industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, OneDrive, PowerPoint) and experience in using other ERP or CRM systems.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create macros, develop automated tracking tools, and manage large data sets for parts matching, sales performance, and customer activity analysis.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
