Company Description
Pillar ABA provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and young adults aged 0-21 across Berks, Bucks, Chester, Montgomery, Delaware counties, and surrounding areas. Services are offered in home, school, community, and center-based settings to ensure comprehensive support. Emphasizing ethical practices, Pillar ABA is dedicated to treating every individual holistically, addressing the "whole person." Treatment plans are designed and implemented by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) with collaboration among clients, families, clinicians, technicians, and other professionals. Cultural competency is integral to the organization, ensuring that clients' values and practices are thoughtfully incorporated into ABA strategies.
Compensation:
$50,400-$117,600 annually, $70 per hour during 90-day introductory period

Who We Serve:
We specialize in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for individuals ages 2–21 with:
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- ADHD
- Developmental Delays
- Down Syndrome
- Adjustment Disorders and more
Our ABA approach is evidence-based, rooted in compassion, and focused on real-world results. Services are offered in all of our client's natural environments: school, daycare, home, community, center.
Your Role as a BCBA:
You'll play a key role in leading high-quality behavioral programs that truly change lives. Responsibilities include:
- Designing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans
- Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Training and supervising Behavior Technicians and RBTs
- Coaching and supporting caregivers
- Collaborating with families, educators, and other professionals
- Monitoring progress with data-driven strategies
- Reporting directly to the Clinical Supervisor
What You'll Need:
- PA Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS)
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
- 4+ years of experience in ABA
- 2+ years as a practicing BCBA
