Your Role as an LPN:

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to residents in our skilled nursing facility
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and within your scope of practice
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, therapists, and other clinical staff to coordinate resident care
• Monitor resident health status and report changes promptly
• Promote restorative care and resident independence
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
• Support and mentor CNAs, fostering a positive team environment
• Uphold safety and quality standards in all aspects of care

Who We're Looking For:

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Colorado or a compact state
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Passion for providing person-centered care with professionalism and compassion
• Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to excellence in long-term care
• Eager to grow professionally in a supportive, resident-focused environment
