• Overview: Join our team as an Intake Specialist where you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our organization. We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to support our team and maintain seamless coordination across various functions. Duties: -Coordinate and schedule appointments, enter in new patient information into our EMR system- Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and document preparation - Insurance Verification-Obtaining insurance authorizations -Assist in managing phone systems and handling inquiries professionally -Coordinating with patients for necessary medical information- Support customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service - Collaborate with various departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflow -- Utilize computer literacy skills to navigate software systems effectively Qualifications: -Experience in customer support or administrative roles is beneficial - Knowledge of medical receptionist duties is a plus - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently Ability to work with phone systems and handle calls professionally - The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and possess excellent communication skills.
