Physical Therapist

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with various physical conditions, helping them achieve their rehabilitation goals. This role involves working in a clinic setting with multiple disciplines. The Physical Therapist will play a crucial role in developing individualized care plans and discharge planning to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical abilities and limitations.
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques, including Trigger Point Therapy, to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care across different settings, including pediatrics, outpatient clinics, and hospitals.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
• Educate patients on exercises, home care strategies, and lifestyle modifications to support ongoing recovery.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress in compliance with clinic policies.

Requirements

• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of practice.
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitation systems and techniques relevant to outpatient settings.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Ability to develop comprehensive care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry best practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN

Pay: From $45.00 per hour
