What We're Looking For:

We are searching for a skilled, dynamic, and patient-focused Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist to join our Miami office. If you are looking for a long-term opportunity where you can grow as a therapist and leader, this is the place for you

The Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in Orthopedics, Workers Compensation, and Sports-related injuries. If OT Must have Orthopedic Hand Experience
• Strong manual therapy skills preferred (Graston, Kinesiotaping, cupping, and fitness-based treatment approaches are a plus).
• Expertise in Vestibular, TMJ, and exercise-based rehabilitation. (PT)
• Solution-oriented mindset, proactively addressing patient and clinic challenges.
• Ability to follow our proven 7-Step System for patient evaluations and treatment plans.
• Engages in marketing and community outreach to promote practice growth.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster patient trust and team collaboration.
• Professional, respectful, and positive attitude with a commitment to excellence in patient care.
• Ability to adapt to schedule changes and patient care demands while maintaining a high level of service.

Pay: $75, $95,000.00 per year
