Salary Range: $35, $45,000.00 per year

Strong interest in building a long-term career in insurance, sales, or customer service

Ability to manage time effectively, stay organized, and follow established processes
Comfortable conducting conversations by phone, email, and in person

Basic computer proficiency and comfort learning agency systems and technology
Willingness to obtain and maintain required insurance licenses
Property and Casualty license required or obtained within a defined timeframe
Life and Health license a huge plus
Prior experience in insurance, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree is a plus
ResponsibilitiesBuild trusted relationships with individuals and families by understanding their insurance needs and long-term goals
Conduct inbound and outbound conversations to identify opportunities to protect customers' homes, vehicles, and financial assets
Educate customers on coverage options in a clear, honest, and consultative manner
Prepare and present insurance quotes tailored to each household's needs, always prioritizing proper protection over price alone
Offer bundled insurance solutions when appropriate to improve coverage, value, and long-term retention
Follow established sales and service processes to ensure a consistent, professional customer experience
Accurately document all customer interactions, quotes, and policy changes in agency systems
Collaborate with team members to support agency goals related to growth, retention, and customer satisfaction
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and development to continuously improve product knowledge and communication skills
Uphold agency values by acting with integrity, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset in every interaction
Meet or exceed individual and agency production goals while maintaining high ethical standards and quality business
Proactively follow up with prospects and existing customers to support decision-making and long-term relationships
