Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled
Salesforce Solutions Architect with strong Presales experience
to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. The ideal candidate will combine deep Salesforce technical expertise with business acumen and client-facing communication skills to design innovative solutions and support our business development efforts in the US market.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work directly with executive stakeholders, sales teams, and clients to craft compelling Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives. Successful performance in this role may lead to a

within Plumlogix.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales and Delivery teams to
lead presales solutioning
and provide technical expertise during client engagements. - Conduct detailed
discovery sessions
to understand client requirements, business processes, and technology environments. - Design
end-to-end Salesforce solutions
, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with best practices. - Develop and present
technical proposals, solution architectures, and proof-of-concepts (POCs)
to prospective clients. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create
effort estimates, SOWs, and pricing proposals
. - Stay current on Salesforce products, releases, and ecosystem trends to guide clients toward optimal technology adoption.
- Act as a
trusted advisor
to customers and internal teams throughout the sales cycle and into early project delivery. - Support internal enablement initiatives by sharing best practices and industry insights.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience
in Salesforce architecture, consulting, or solution design. - 3+ years of presales experience
working with Salesforce implementation or consulting projects. - Proven experience designing solutions across
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
. - Strong understanding of
Salesforce integration patterns, data modeling, security, and deployment practices
. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Salesforce
Application Architect or System Architect certification
(or higher) strongly preferred. - Experience collaborating with
cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working with
Salesforce partners or consulting firms
in a presales capacity. - Knowledge of
CPQ, MuleSoft, or Tableau CRM
is a plus. - Exposure to
Public Sector, Financial Services, or Education Cloud
environments is advantageous.
