Position Overview

As a Mobile Eye Care Team Member, you'll travel with our doctors to mobile clinics throughout Arizona, helping deliver exceptional eye care to patients in a variety of care settings. This is an entry-level position, and full training is provided.

You'll assist with patient exams, perform basic testing, and ensure that each patient feels comfortable and cared for during their visit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Travel with the Doctor: Accompany the doctor to mobile clinics across Arizona (transportation provided).
  • Assist with Patient Care: Administer dilating drops, check eye pressures, test visual acuity, and help fit patients for glasses.
  • Perform Special Testing: Support advanced testing procedures such as ERG (electroretinography) when needed.
  • Create a Positive Experience: Provide compassionate, friendly support to patients and facility staff.
  • Drive Safely: Transport the team between facilities (clean driving record and valid AZ Driver License required).

Requirements

  • Valid Arizona Driver License
  • Clean 5-year Certified MVR (no violations)
  • COVID-19 vaccination required
  • Ability to work full-time (40+ hours/week), typically 4–5 days a week starting around 7:00 AM
  • Compassionate, reliable, and detail-oriented personality

Experience in eye care or familiarity with RevolutionEHR is a plus, but not required — we'll train you
