Roles and Responsibilities:

  • This role supports the delivery of mission-critical data center projects by managing logistics coordination and ensuring accurate, timely turnover documentation for operational readiness.
  • The position bridges construction execution and operations handover, maintaining compliance with corporate standards and project specifications.
  • Logistics Coordination
  • Oversee material flow and delivery schedules for construction activities.
  • Track owner-furnished equipment and ensure timely site availability.
  • Coordinate with vendors for badging, orientation, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills:

  • Logistics - Track Owner Furnished Equipment (OFE)
  • Document control / documentation - Handle RFIs, change orders
  • Experience coordinating with GC + Owners
  • Best:
    MS experience, Live in the area. Logistics, Administrative, Document Control, Procurement

Location:
Boydton, VA

Salary Range:
The salary for this position is between $120,000 - $140,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
