Senior Full-Stack Engineer

At LeadSimple, we build software that helps property managers and real estate professionals streamline operations and build strong customer relationships. We're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to build and maintain our web applications using React on the frontend and Python on the backend. You'll play a key role in shaping the architecture and ensuring a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain full-stack features using React (frontend) and Python (backend).
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to translate requirements into user-centered solutions.
• Integrate APIs and data sources while ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
• Uphold coding standards, participate in code reviews, and mentor team members.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and help define the technical direction of our platform.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience building full-stack applications using React and Python.
• Proficiency with modern front-end frameworks (React) and back-end frameworks such as FastAPI or Django.
• Solid understanding of web fundamentals including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with relational databases and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS or GCP).
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication ability.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote-first team.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with TypeScript or other strongly typed languages.
• Familiarity with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand) and design systems.
• Experience with serverless architectures, microservices, or GraphQL.
