The Salesforce QA Engineer ensures the quality and reliability of Salesforce applications and integrations. This role involves end-to-end testing within an Agile environment to ensure that Salesforce solutions meet business requirements and are delivered defect-free.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and user stories to create comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Execute manual and automated tests for Salesforce configurations and customizations.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing across various Salesforce clouds.
• Identify, document, and report defects using a bug-tracking tool such as Jira, and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using tools like Selenium or Provar.
• Test integrations with external systems and APIs, including REST/SOAP.
• Validate system functionality under Salesforce platform governor limits and best practices.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, providing feedback from planning through deployment.
• Conduct data validation and migration testing to ensure data integrity.
• Stay up-to-date with new Salesforce features and perform proactive testing during seasonal releases.

Required Skills and Qualifications
*

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 3+ years dedicated to the Salesforce platform.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, standard and custom objects, and business processes.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and working with CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency with testing tools, including test management (Jira, Zephyr) and automation (Selenium, Provar).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is a significant plus.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $ $56.52 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
