We're looking for a sharp, friendly, and driven CSR to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who loves talking to people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can balance customer service with light phone-based sales. You'll handle a mix of outbound outreach and inbound support across multiple service lines under the Advosy brand.

What You'll DoOutbound Calling (Primary Role)
- Make high-volume outbound calls to:
- Customers who used one service but not others
- Cold/warm marketing lists
- Unsold estimates
- Warm leads and old inquiries
- Past customers
- Use structured call flows, scripts, and rebuttals
- Cross-sell and promote additional services
- Log call activity and outcomes in the CRM
- Keep leads warm with consistent follow-up
- Hit daily, weekly, and monthly outreach targets
- Help fill schedules and drive new appointments
- Answer inbound calls during scheduled shifts
- Qualify callers and schedule service appointments
- Route calls to the correct department as needed
- Provide clear info and help callers with questions
You'll be set up with clear goals designed to help you ramp up confidently:
Learn all inbound/outbound scripts, upsells, and service scheduling procedures
Hit established KPIs for inbound and outbound calls
Maintain a missed-call rate under 5>#/p###
Develop a strong understanding of our services across all companies
Contribute to improving or streamlining at least one internal process
Meet early performance benchmarks and quality metrics
- Strong customer service instincts
- Comfortable selling over the phone

- Pestroutes experience (or willingness to learn)
