Service Coordinator
We are seeking a Service Coordinator with experience in Service and Dispatching to join our team

Responsibilities:
· Answer customer inquiries and schedule service events.
· Input service orders and return customer phone calls daily.
· Work with service technicians ensuring service events are completed accurately and on time.
· For jobs which are not completed on the first trip or for service requests, which require additional information, provide a detailed list of products or actions needed, in order to schedule or complete the service trip.
· Employee will comply with the Company's "Keys to Success".
· Employee may participate in the cross training of their peers.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
· 6 months to 1 year experience in service or similar role
· Associate's Degree (A. A.) from a two-year college or technical school in related field.
· Ability to build rapport with clients
· Ability to prioritize and multitask
· Positive and professional demeanor
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Prior Customer Service experience preferred
· Experience with Salesforce preferred
