As we continue to expand our residential and light commercial service operations in Baton Rouge and the surrounding markets, we're seeking an experienced General Manager (GM) to lead our next phase of growth.

What You'll Do

As the General Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall performance of the business — leading operations, driving profitability, and building a winning culture. You will:

• Oversee all day-to-day operations across service, install, and sales divisions.
• Lead, coach, and develop management teams, technicians, and Comfort Advisors to achieve excellence in safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with TurnPoint leadership to implement scalable systems, best practices, and KPIs.
• Analyze financial and operational data to improve revenue, margin, and labor efficiency.
• Ensure exceptional customer experiences while fostering a culture rooted in accountability and teamwork.
• Champion AccuTemp's "Service to the Highest Degree" values in every decision and interaction.

What We're Looking For

• Proven leadership in HVAC, plumbing, or home-services management, ideally with multi-department or multi-branch oversight.
• Strong financial and business acumen — comfortable with P&L ownership and growth metrics.
• Experience leading teams of 40+ employees and driving operational excellence.
• Ability to inspire, mentor, and hold teams accountable in a high-performance environment.
• A strategic thinker who can balance people, process, and profit.
• Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience in business leadership).

Pay: $120, $160,000.00 per year
