Overview:

Peregrine Health is seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Marketing Coordinator to manage our conference presence, digital platforms, and marketing initiatives. This role combines conference logistics with marketing execution, requiring someone who can seamlessly transition from coordinating conference appearances to developing our online presence.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who pays meticulous attention to detail, and can think both creatively and strategically. You should be equally comfortable coordinating complex event logistics as you are crafting compelling marketing content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event & Conference Management
• Oversee logistics for company conference displays and promotional materials for trade shows and industry events
• Coordinate all aspects of in-person conferences, including display management and material inventory
• Manage speaking engagement logistics for company representatives, including travel coordination, AV requirements, and presentation materials
• Plan and execute corporate events and executive appearances, handling all operational details from venue selection to post-event follow-up
• Digital Marketing & Communications
• Maintain and update company website content, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency
• Manage the company's online and public presence across digital platforms, creating content calendars and engaging with our audience
• Monitor website analytics and digital engagement metrics to optimize performance
• Marketing Strategy & Execution
• Support the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies
• Coordinate marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or related role
• Strong project management skills with ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Experience with website content management systems and digital communication platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to travel and work occasional evenings/weekends for events and conferences
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) a plus
